You bought quality containers. But they arrive bent, crushed, or with loose lids.
Not because they’re bad products. Because they weren’t stored or shipped correctly.
Here’s how to fix that – in 3 simple rules.
Containers are strong when filled. But empty? They need care.
Do: Stack empty containers flat, no more than 3–4 feet high.
Don’t: Pile heavy boxes on top. Stack unevenly.
Why: Crushing happens when weight isn’t distributed. Keep stacks low and stable.
Loose boxes shift during transit. Shifting = damage.
Do: Shrink-wrap or strap pallets tightly. Place heavier boxes at the bottom.
Don’t: Leave gaps between boxes. Stack mixed sizes without support.
Why: Tight pallets survive bumps. Loose pallets arrive as a mess.
Aluminum doesn’t rust, but extreme conditions weaken lids and affect seals.
Do: Keep in clean, dry area – 50–85°F (10–30°C).
Don’t: Store near wet floors, direct sunlight, or heat sources.
Why: Humidity and heat can warp thin materials or loosen lid fit over time.
Write “STACK FLAT – ALUMINUM CONTAINERS” on every carton.
Warehouse staff handle differently when they know what’s inside. Simple label = less damage.
