1. Check whether the mold handle on the aluminum foil lunch box mold is tightened and whether the screws are loose.
2. Lubricate the guide column and add clean, high-viscosity lubricating oil, such as 50# machine oil. When the mold is in use, the guide column should be refueled once every certain period of time.
3. When the mold is hoisted, the fastening plate connecting the dynamic and static molds must be connected reliably.
4. If the mold handle plane is not close to the bottom plane of the slider, cracks are likely to occur. If there are cracks, please replace the mold handle. Otherwise, once the mold handle breaks or deviates, it will cause damage to the mold or the punch press.
5. Before lubricating the mold, the lubricated part should be wiped clean with clean cotton yarn to remove impurities such as iron foam, and then use special tools to apply clean sodium-based grease or ejector lubricant to lubricate, so as to prevent impurities in the lubricated part from acting as grinding sand and affecting the accuracy of the mold.
6. Before installing the aluminum foil lunch box mold on the press, pay attention to the following matters: Is the diameter of the punch leakage hole larger than the diameter of the mold frame leakage hole Φd + 50 or larger than the core diameter of the die? If the above conditions are met, you should consider reducing the diameter of the leakage hole Φ to prevent the mold frame from deforming due to poor system rigidity and long-term punching, thereby affecting the service life of the mold.
7. Use kerosene or industrial acetone to wipe off the parting surface and template surface of the mold.
8. Lubrication of the core-pulling slider: Pull out the core-pulling slider, wipe the sliding part of the core-pulling slider and the corresponding sliding groove with clean cotton yarn, apply a uniform thin oil film on the block and groove, and install the core-pulling slider to the limit position to prevent the inclined guide column from breaking.
9. When debugging the aluminum foil mold, the mold should be opened and closed 2-3 times. After confirmation, it can be officially debugged. When adjusting the ejection distance, it should be gradually increased from small to large to meet the requirements. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the designed ejection distance, because this will cause serious damage to the mold.
10. During the production of aluminum foil lunch boxes, listen to the sound of stamping. Experienced production personnel can know whether the mold is displaced or loose by the sound.
11. The demolding personnel select the special tools for demolding according to the specifications and characteristics of the mold, put them on the special tool cart according to the fixed management requirements, push them to the fixed area, and put the pressing plate, bolts, pads, etc. and tools after demolding on the special cart to keep the site clean.
12. Protect the molding parts according to the characteristics of the mold and maintain the mold according to the lubrication and maintenance regulations.
